Richard Labicki
Richard is the owner and trustee of Triple Creek Land & Development. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1992 when he founded RML Investments which specialized in mortgage income. He helped families achieve their homeownership dreams while providing high-yield investment opportunities.
With a background in estate planning and financial services dating back to 1982, Richard has helped countless clients with life insurance, annuities, Genie Maes, Freddie Macs, CMO’s, and other government insurances. Because of Richard’s expertise in these realms, he can help property owners finance some of the properties that Triple Creek Land has to offer.
Richard’s guidance and financial knowledge form the foundation of Triple Creek Land & Development. Through strategic planning, he ensures that every client’s investment helps secure their future and enriches the land they call home.
Deborah Labicki
Deborah is the co-owner of Triple Creek Land & Development. She has over 27 years of experience as a real estate agent in Oklahoma and Texas.
Her real estate journey began over three decades ago alongside her husband Richard in the realm of real estate investment. From financing properties and remodeling homes to transforming rural land into thriving subdivisions, they dove into all aspects of real estate.
Deborah’s passion for real estate extends far beyond the professional realm. Since the 90s, she and Richard have owned cabins in Pushmataha County which made southeastern Oklahoma a second home for their family.
At Triple Creek Land and Development, Deborah’s mission is clear: “Making your dreams come true.” She’s passionate about connecting people with their perfect properties.
